About Me

I have been a school counselor in three Connecticut high schools over my seventeen year career.  During that time, I have built professional relationships with many students and parents.  My goal is to empower students and parents to make informed decisions about post-high school options.

I am proud to have earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Connecticut, a Masters of Science Degree and Sixth Year Certificate in School Counseling from the University of Hartford and hold State of Connecticut education certifications in School Counseling (068) and Intermediate Administration (092).

I believe all families deserve support planning a future for their children.  Empowered Decisions Education Consulting was founded on the belief that post-secondary plans such as training for a trade or entering the military are equally as important as attending college.
